Unless otherwise stated, HCS, Inc. will ship your order via USPS (United States Post Office). Therefore, when completing your shipping information please provide the physical address or P.O. Box address for the location where your mail is delivered by the post office.
If for any reason you receive a product damaged during shipment, please call HCS, Inc. at 888-900-COLD(2653) within 48 hours to obtain a Return Material Approval from HCS, Inc. Upon receiving the damaged product back, we will promptly re-ship your order at HCS, Inc’s expense.
Returns are granted, provided we are notified by phone within 30 days of receipt and the product(s) is unused.
Exchanges will be accepted upon notification by phone within 30 days and will be honored for any product of equal or lesser value.
Shipping costs for returned or exchanged products is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

After the first year, HCS, Inc. may periodically increase the cost of service. If an increase is necessary, HCS, Inc. will send a notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the date the new price becomes effective. An increase in price will not occur more than one (1) time each calendar year. Payment terms: Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
If it is decided to terminate CoolerKING® service the customer is expected to pay for all service received prior to cancellation. The filters and filter holders are and shall always remain the property of HCS, Inc. If it is decided to terminate CoolerKING® service, the customer will make it possible for access and removal of filters and filter holders by an authorized representative of HCS, Inc. or, if serviced via FedEx, will promptly remove and return filters and filter holders to HCS, Inc. at the end of the filter life which is three (3) months after the time they were received.
HCS, Inc. will supply the customer with high quality Products which are free from material defects. Notwithstanding the foregoing, HCS, Inc. may provide products that may slightly range in weight and compositions due to different manufacturing equipment and procedures.
In case of breach of warranty or any other duty related to the quality of the Product, HCS, Inc. shall correct or replace the defective Product. If HCS, Inc. determines that a defective Product cannot be corrected or replaced within a reasonable period of time, customer may return the defective product at HCS, Inc.’s expense after obtaining a Return Material Approval "RMA" from HCS, Inc. to receive (at the customer's choice) a refund or credit for the Product against future purchases.
